Motorbike First Aid
Motorbike First Aid Course – Learn from a Rider with Military First Aid Experience!
Date: Thursday, 13th June
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Location: Freeling Lutheran Hall
Would you know what to do if you or a mate had a crash? This essential first aid course is designed specifically for motorbike riders, covering critical skills that could save a life.
What You'll Learn:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – How to respond to a rider in cardiac arrest
Major Bleeding Control – Stopping severe bleeding effectively
Triage of Casualties – Prioritising injuries at the scene of an accident
Helmet Removal – When and how to safely remove a helmet in an emergency
This course is delivered by Jenna, an experienced motorbike rider with a military first aid background. She knows first-hand the risks riders face and will teach you practical skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.
Who should attend? Anyone who rides a motorbike! Whether you’re a weekend rider, group rider, or just want to be better prepared, this course is for you.
Hands-on, practical training from an expert rider and first aider.
